No experience necessary. If you can lie comfortably on the floor on a yoga mat with a pillow under your knees and covered in a blanket, then you can do Yoga Nidra. We'll begin by breathing together and doing a few Vagus Nerve exercises before getting comfortable for Yogic Sleep.
