Join Leah and Vanessa for some much needed time going inward and treating body, mind, soul with presence and care.
We will begin with opening up space for community sharing and witnessing around the theme of revitalizing resilience and calling forth our creative and capable selves.
Much can be said for taking space to just be, in slience and present with what arises.
This is a unique opportunity to fine tune your intentions, or, be open to possibilities and be with what arises for you in a space that seeks to support you deeply.
Our breathwork and restorative yoga practice will take shape, and once settled into your restorative “nest”, you will receive a loving hands on aromatherapy adjustment from Leah, followed by an acupuncture (or acupressure if preferred) treatment from Vanesssa. Guidance through meditation, breath and visualization to enhance your experience will be offered as you rest and receive.
Expect to feel softened, safe, and relaxed in a blissful state of openness.

No experience necessary. If you can lie comfortably on the floor on a yoga mat with a pillow under your knees and covered in a blanket, then you can do Yoga Nidra. We'll begin by breathing together and doing a few Vagus Nerve exercises before getting comfortable for Yogic Sleep. Bring your own mat & props to be supremely comfortable, but there are a few at the studio to use if you don't have any.
Suggested donation of $15, but $0 is required to attend.
